It is actually easiest to pre-order your package online prior to picture day (using your school's login code) so your child does not have to remember to bring any money or paperwork to school. However, if you don't pre-order online, submitting it to the photographer on picture day is the next best option. You may pay by cash, credit card, check, or money order (both made out to Lors Photography). If paying by cash, the exact amount must be included in the Lors flyer envelope. We are unable to make change.

Order forms will be distributed to students at school or sent to their homes prior to picture day. If you have not received your form prior to picture day, extra order forms will be available in the school's main office.

If you received a cover letter with your order form, your school's login code to order photos online will be indicated in the cover letter.  Otherwise, your school's login code is located on the top of your order form. If you are in need of an order form, please contact your school.

Currently, undergraduate pictures are not available for preview online. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy with your child's picture.

Check with your school to inquire if Lors is scheduled to return for a re-take/make-up day. In the event we are returning to your school, your child may be able to sit for a re-take/make-up session. They must return their original photo package at that time, or a new package will not automatically be ordered for them.

An add-on is a specially-priced print or group of prints for customers who have purchased a portrait package. Add-ons may not be purchased without the purchase of a portrait package.

Regular wallet-sized prints are two inches by three inches.

Minor blemishes will be retouched and the portraits will be color corrected. Special retouching is only available on senior orders.
